Terms & Conditions
For
Flinders Experience 4wd Tours
Day Tours
Wallaby Tracks Adventure Tours reserve the right to amend prices, itineraries or cancel a tour if road, weather or other conditions dictate.
Tour costs do not include additional accommodation, meals and incidental expenses which may be incurred from bad weather, road closures, flooding, natural delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we need to cancel or reschedule the tour because it becomes unsafe or otherwise impossible for us to conduct the tour - or for any reason - a full refund or reschedule will be offered to the guests
Travel insurance is not included, we strongly recommend that all guests take out travel insurance for multi day tours.
Also not included in tour cost are any optional tours or optional scenic flights, souvenirs or alcohol, and all vehicles are smoke free.
Due to the nature and remoteness of outback travel it is suggested anyone with health problems should seek advice from their doctor if necessary prior to booking a tour.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your day tour, for valid reason, you must let us know as soon as possible. This can be done on the phone or in writing - and there will be no cost.
If you wish to cancel your 2 day tour, for valid reason, you must let us know as soon as possible. This can be done on the phone or in writing.
The following cancellation fees will apply for “2 day” tour:
Full refund (less 10% deposit) - tour cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure date
50% refund - tour cancellation within 30 days of the departure date
No refund - fail to board - or tour aborted after commencement
Again we strongly recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover their risk

**NOTE: If there should be a substantial amount of rain in the Flinders Ranges, for public safety the Department of Infrastructure and Transport can close the roads we rely on to run this tour - if that should occur we may either run with a modified itinerary or we may have no option but to cancel the tour. There are also occasions when the National Parks will close the Ikara Flinders Ranges Nation Park at short notice for Pest Control - when this occurs we can usually still drive through the park but we are not permitted to stop - so the tour can go ahead in a slightly modified form. Both of these issues are beyond our control.
